For orders delivered in the United States, contact ShopGeocel through our Contact page within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returned items must be in new condition.
Returns are made by mail. Contact us for instructions before mailing an item back. Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label for approved items. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect a return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
