A single-component, asbestos-free, asphalt-based cement for construction, roofing, manufacturing, and industrial repair. Use on wet or dry roof surfaces — even underwater. Seals quickly, won't pull apart or lose its bond, and stays soft and pliable through temperature swings. Not for single-ply membranes (EPDM, PVC).
